certification programs in Pilates and fitness to 
Türkiye
• I have educated more than 10,000 people as 
Pilates and Fitness instructors
• I have also done many trainings in sales systems, 
communication and trainer skills

regulations, best practices and industry

departments within the organization.
• Created and managed the company's financial 
budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems.

SO’U SPA General Manager
2014-2016
• This was a SPA in a 3500 m2 health club
• We constructed the SPA
• We build the SPA within the zone of the health 
club and managed with Balinese therapists
• Developed seasonal and targeted promotions to 
drive brand exposure and generate revenue.
• Applied marketing, networking, and interpersonal 
skills to build practice and loyal clientele.
SABLON WELLNESS CLUB & SPA General Manager
2010-2012
• I have been accepted to this facility after 17 
months of opening. The club couldn't keep its 
objectives, I have been asked to develop 
everything and changed if it is necessary.
• Also, I was responsible from the restaurant that 
serves all day. We started to change by more 
healthy menus and more rich choices for people 
who come to train (before and after training) or to 
spend some time at the SPA.
MARS ATHLETIC CLUB OPERATION and SALES 
MANAGER
2004-2006
• I was the General Manager responsible from the 
Operations (Front Desk, Cafe, Cleaning, Technical 
Support and Membership Sales)
• This is the biggest chain of Türkiye, now with over 
150 locations.
• When I was in duty, we have built 3 health clubs 
and SPA in Istanbul and in Ankara,
• I was one of the responsible from the architectural 
plans, functions and all management systems for 
the daily operations.

AFM GYM General Manager
It was one of the first Gym (with 2 massage rooms with 
wet areas in the locker rooms) which has been 
constructed in a shopping mall with all entertainment 
venues as café, cinemas, bookstore (these were being 
managed by other managers), etc…
COMMON DUTIES 
• Organizing daily bookings for classes, facilities and special 
offers at the health club and SPA
• Drafted monthly reports outlining progress towards meeting 
goals set for the health club.
• Monitored staff performance, providing feedback and 
guidance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Created targeted marketing campaigns to drive membership 
sales.
• Collaborated with other departments to ensure efficient 
delivery of services throughout the facility.
• Cultivated relationships with local businesses to increase 
brand awareness in the community.
• Recruited, trained and managed a team of fitness instructors 
to deliver high-quality services.
• Performed administrative tasks such as payroll processing, 
inventory management and budget preparation.
• Developed and implemented strategies to increase guest 
satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analysed guest feedback data to develop action plans for 
improving services offered.
• Conducted regular meetings with staff to discuss progress 
and identify areas of improvement.
• Created menus of treatments and packages of SPA which 
were attractive to customers.
